IMMEDIATE OWNERSHIP

* Checks, money orders, and cashier checks that are written for MORE than the listing amount plus fees will be DESTROYED and transaction cancelled, no exceptions and no questions asked.
** ANY checks that appear to be counterfeit, by not having all working elements (like the chemical stain) watermarks, or precise micro-printing will be held until confirmation is made by the ISSUING BANK that the check is not fraudulent or counterfeit.
