While conforming to the Goldsboro Web Development’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and End-User License Agreement, Goldsboro Web Development extends this warranty for all products and services.

FREE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Products and services in which are not paid for or in which you provide donations for in return for an improved version are sold and issued as-is without any further warranty for workmanship or reliability.

PAID SERVICES

All services that you pay for will come with a 30 day (from purchase) money-back guarantee.  Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, unless expressed in the Terms of Service or EULA, you are entitled to the entire purchase amount.

GUARANTEE FOR PAID PRODUCTS

With the exception of Secure Socket Layer Certificates (SSL Certificates), Domain Names, and IP Addresses, you are guaranteed to be provided with a product that is in working condition and performs as specified on our website.  Should it not perform as specified, we will honor and execute this warranty.

LIMITED LIFE-TIME WARRANTY

Paid products that are run on the Goldsboro Web Development infrastructure or approved infrastructures are covered by this LIMITED LIFE-TIME WARRANT.  This warranty shall cover aforesaid product until the termination of their subscription for said product.  At the termination of said subscription, this warranty and licenses become revoked.

Products found to not function as advertised or to have major flaws or bugs will be entitled FREE LABOR to repair only the specified flaw or bug.  This does not include any bug or flaw induced by the customer, a web browser, or any third-party.  IT MUST BE DEEMED TO BE A FLAW IN WHICH WAS PRESENT AT DEVELOPMENT.  This warranty does not extend or entitle any rights to a free website for flaws, inconsistency, or changes in taste.

Flaws introduced into the product after development due to the customer’s negligence or a third party’s negligence will not be considered covered by this warranty.

This warrant is non-transferable and contains no cash value.

This warranty can be executed by contacting our support department.  Execution of this warranty requires the customer to ask to execute this warranty as Goldsboro Web Development is under no obligation to research the warranty information on an account without being alerted to its existence.
