We offer several payment options to both protect our company and our clients.
No Cash Policy
We do not accept cash. Likewise none of our agents will ever travel with cash. This is simply a safety measure and policy that our company has adopted.
Check/Money Order
We accept checks from local clients only. See the in-store brochure for details. Check or money order face value must be made for the total amount. We will return all checks or money orders that are issued for more than the billed amount.
Major Credit Cards
We utilize PayPal and Google Checkout for our payment processors for ease of use and protection for both our client and our company. Bills payed through this option must total at least $20.00 or be assessed a $2.00 processing fee.
Financing
We have in-house financing options available! In these payment options we aim for will both make your website more affordable as well as ensuring security for our company and yourself.
- “Meet Us Half-Way” — This option allows our clients to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on a quote and pay the rest when the website is complete. This deposit is non-refundable because it generally pays all of the upfront costs that we, as a company, would have to pay to start the project such as domain name fees, IP fees, and SSL certificates. Even if you cancel your order, you will still get to keep your domain name, SSL certificate, and other services that this deposit may have covered.
- “Milestone Payments” — For orders totaling more than $2,000.00, we allow our customers to pay for the Milestone achievements of the project as defined when the project manager creates the project plans. When each milestone is considered finished, the client will be issued a proof and within 14 days, a payment for that milestone will be expected. Payments generally range from $200.00 to $600.00 depending on the size and price of the project. A minimum of a 25% down-payment is required for this project. If a milestone payment is missed, development of the project will cease until it is paid.
This payment plan is offered by PayPal and requires PayPal membership in which its terms may vary from person to person and is based upon your credit score. Read more on “Bill Me Later” on PayPal’s website.
DEPOSITS
All deposits and downpayments, except through “Bill Me Later” (see PayPal’s terms for more information) are non-refundable. Under some cases where we have yet to start a project when the order cancellation is made, we may refund the entire amount or partial amounts. Any electronic items purchased during this time to create your website will be issued to you within 30 days after cancellation.
SSL certificates are non-refundable as we are unable to reissue them to other clients or websites.
Domain names are non-refundable as they are very hard to resell for the purchase amount.
Static IP addresses are by a non-prorated bases. If you are on a monthly payment cycle for your static IP address, it cannot be refunded, partially or entirely. If you are on a yearly cycle, all months you have not used can be refunded — the current month cannot be prorated and be considered consumed.
