CONTEST RULES
- Must be a legal representative of submitted organization to enter
- Must be 18 years or older to enter
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Entry must be a valid non-profit organization
- Organization must not be anti-government or favor (or disfavor) a political party.
- Organization must not have any legal actions pending.
- Must enter on or before October 31, 2011, Winner to be announced on November 10th, 2011.
- Organizations rejected will be notified in writing and may be rejected for any reason (primarily for not conforming to these terms).
- Size of organization (or website need) is not a disqualifying factor.
- Must be willing to transfer existing site to Goldsboro Networks Hosting Environment (free if accepted, multi-server sites needs, content distribution services needs, and clouds may incur a monthly charge).

TERMS OF SUBMISSION
- All information must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Goldsboro Web Development agrees on determined date to draw ONE non-profit organization, at random and provide the winner with:
- Web Hosting Services for standard and relaxed eCommerce environments (see #3)
- Web design, logo design, and Search Engine Optimization.
- Organization will agree to allow Goldsboro Web Development to include a link at the bottom of every HTML page, “Powered by Goldsboro Web Development” in return for free hosting.
- Organization must comply with the acceptable use policy and terms of service.
