This License will serve as a biding agreement between the
user of proBlack, hereinafter the “Licensee” and Goldsboro
Web Development, hereinafter the “Licensor”.

GRANTED RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
The Licensor is free to use this software in conjunction with
any phpBB installation in its original form or modified while
keeping all copyrights in place. The Licensor is free to
redistribute this software anywhere and however you like so
long as they do not conduct any illicit activities with the
software.

The Licensor may, at its discretion modify this license with or
without notice and warning. It is the responsibility of the

CAROLINA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and agrees that any attempt
to change venue to another court system will invalidate any and
all claims the Licensee may have to the Licensor.

SEVERABILITY
SHOULD ANY COURT DEEM ANY PROVISION IN THIS AGREEMENT UNENFORCEABLE,
MODIFICATIONS TO ONLY THAT PROVISION FOUND UNENFORCEABLE TO MAKE
IT ENFORCEABLE SHALL BE MADE AND SHALL NOT AFFECT ANY OTHER
PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
