Des came to us needing a website to rival his leisure real estate competition in Spain and that is what we set out to do with less than a $1,000 budget.  We started with a site that was going to be flexible and give him all the realtor features that he could ever need — in fact, during the development over half of the features we had planned he instructed us to scrap.   We knew that in order to rival the competition in the Grand Canary Islands we had to start with a theme that was tropical and make the site extremely easy and accessible to both the English, Spanish, and Norwegian speaking folks in that area.

The end results boasts a massive scale real estate system that allows property management, price management, sold-available-pending statuses, quick contacts, currency converters, and loan calculators all the while allowing for each individual word to be manually and professionally translated by the client.

This site will go down as not a test of what we can do — but a test of how our team can overcome the most diverse and foreign environments and systems!
