It is that time of year again! Goldsboro Web Development introduces the 2013 Annual Halloween Pumpkin Carving Contest! Last year’s winner Ryan burton (submission shown in the image) was offered a $2,000.00 website to the charity of his choice. This year, we’re going to make it a little more interesting by offering CASH prizes to the mix!

First Place:
$2,000 website to the charity of the winner’s choice
(if > 20 contestants) Free IronMan 3 in BluRay
(if > 100 contestants) $100.00 cash prize.

Second Place:
(if > 20 contestants) Free quicksite to the charity of your choice
(if > 100 contestants) $25.00 cash prize.

Third Place:
(if > 20 contestants) Free .com domain name to be used how the winner likes.
(if >100 contestants) $10.00 cash prize.

Depending on how many contestants there are, we may have upwards of 10 runner ups whom may also receive cash prizes or other goodies for their Halloween Bags!

OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase necessary to qualify or enter. You must carve the pumpkin yourself. 99.9% of the entry must be all-natural pumpkin. Your entry may not contain styrofoam, clay, or other sculpting materials. You may use these materials inside a pumpkin for support if necessary for presentation. Pumpkins having carvings with art that references drugs, violence, or tasteless nudity will be immediately removed and the entry will be disqualified.

Entries must be made before October 30, 2013. Enter by posting your photo of your CURRENT pumpkin on our facebook page, title the post/image with 2013 Pumpkin Carving Contest Submission. You MUST upload the photo to Facebook and surrender all copyrights to that photo.

You must be at least 18 years or older to enter, or have your parents permission. You must be a resident of the United States. Charity status is subject to admin approval.

JUDGING
Facebook will judge you! Once you have posted your pumpkins, we will compile a list of what we believe to be the best entries. We will make a post to facebook asking the audience to submit which they like best. The winners from that tally will be formally recognized and will have their winnings delivered no later than March of 2014.
