I think my project stalled, what do I do?

Your project cannot stall in our system from mere neglect. After a period of 1 business day of inactivity your project manager and managing director is sent a text message from our project management system alerting them that unacceptable progress is being made.

However, there are some things that can cause a stall that it outside of our control:

Natural Disasters
There is simply nothing we can do about natural disasters of adverse weather conditions which impedes our employees from coming to work.

Communications Failures
If we need something to advance your project forward, we will email you as soon as it is needed. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days, we will attempt to call you 3 times every 3 business days. After the final call, we will send you mail through the postal service.

Quality Assurance
Sometimes it may seem like a project stalls without reason. Generally, this is because our quality assurance team has identified a flaw in the work we have done and has stopped development until a solution can be deployed. Some flaws will stop development as many other modules may be dependant on that module working correctly.
