Software Restrictions

The purchase of digital goods is an exception to all provisions of this policy.  The purchase of digital goods CAN NOT be returned after installed or after the product key is used.  Digital goods have no satisfaction guarantee and a case-by-case returns policy.

30-Day Returns

While within 30 days of the delivery date of your product and you are not satisfied with that product, you may return it for a full refund to:

Depending upon the item there may be restocking fees included which will be deducted from the refund amount.

In order to properly process your return, ensure one of the following is TRUE:

  • Your original invoice is inside the box and secured to your product
  • Your shipper statement's "from" address is the ship-to address we have on file
  • Your order number is secured to your product


If your product was damaged when it arrived (Damaged on Arrival or DOA), please use the "My Account" area to update us about your order. Within one business day, we will mark your product "pending return" and will promptly send you a return shipping label as well as a new product.

Warranty & RMA

If your product does not work through manufacturer defect, please use the "My Account" area to update your product. You will be given an RMA number with further instructions on how to return your item for repair or replacement. Note, that warranty replacement may be refurbished products depending upon the manufacturer. Goldsboro Web Development will always attempt repair of our products before considering a refurbished replacement.


When refunds are made they are made to the instrument in which was used for sale.  For instance, if you used your Master Card through PayPal, we will issue a refund through PayPal in which PayPal will either refund your Master Card or provide PayPal credit depending on conditions of your PayPal account.   If you pay with a check, we will hold your check for up to 7 days until it clears before making any refunds.  Check refunds will be made in the form of a check sent to the billing address.

Refunds may be made under the following conditions:

  1. You fail to receive your item through no fault of your own and the shipper cannot verify you received your package.
  2. You are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within a 30-day period from the date you receive the item.
